Mamzer is Haifa, Israel based consulting engineering and project management firm, that provides services to public and private sector clients in the fields of subsea oil and gas exploration and production.​

The firm was formed in 2016 by XX M.Sc.Eng. with over 25 years of international experience in private, municipal and public works engineering, including offshore infrastructure construction and rehabilitation, and project management. Having worked as a consultant for subsea oil and gas companies, he has a broad based technical background.
